护理干预对提升城镇慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的有效性

Analysis on the effectiveness of nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of urban patients with COPD

目的探讨护理干预对提升城镇慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者生活质量的有效性。方法选择东乡区人民医院诊疗的稳定期COPD患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组在此基础上联合综合护理干预。护理6个月后,收集两组护理前后生活质量、肺功能指标情况,比较护理干预效果。结果护理后,两组FEV1/FVC值、FEV1占预计值%均高于护理前,CAT评分明显低于护理前。试验组CAT评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理6个月后,两组SGRQ得分表中症状、活动能力、疾病影响改善效果均明显优于护理前,试验组改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对减轻COPD患者症状,阻止病情发展,改善活动能力,提升生活质量有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing intervention in improving the quality of life of urban COPD patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable COPD who were diagnosed and treated in Dongxiang District People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.After 6 months of nursing,the quality of life and lung function indexes of the two groups of patients before and following nursing were collected to compare the effect of nursing intervention.Results After nursing,FEV1/FVC value and FEV1 accounting percent of the estimated value of patients in both groups were higher than that prior nursing,CAT level was significantly lower than that before nursing,and CAT level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and CAT level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the improvement effect of symptoms,activity ability and disease influence in the SGRQ(St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire)score table of patients in both groups was significantly better than that before nursing,and the improvement effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention play apositive role in alleviating symptoms of COPD patients,preventing the development of the disease,improving the activity ability and improving the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
