院前急救护理对急性心肌梗死患者的影响

Influences of pre hospital firs aid nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究院前急救护理对急性心肌梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取我中心心肌梗死患者60例,采取随机数表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理方案,研究组实施院前急救护理措施,观察两组护理后的临床效果。结果研究组治疗效果明显高于对照组,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心肌梗死患者实施院前急救护理具有显著效果,可以有效降低并发症发生率,对提升患者康复速度具有积极意义。

Objective To study the clinical effects of pre-hospital first aid nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted by the Hospital were selected as study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by using the random number table method.The routine nursing regimens were applied for patients in the control group,and pre-hospital first aid nursing measures were applied for patients in the study group.The clinical effects of patients after nursing in two groups were observed.Results The efficacy on patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group,and the incidence of complications of patients in the study group were significantly lower than such index of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-hospital first aid nursing measures implemented for patients with myocardial infarction make significant effects,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and deliver positive significance to improve the recovery progress of patients.
