磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗流感样患儿的效果分析

Analysis of the curative effects of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza-like children

目的探讨磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗流感样患儿的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月天津市静海区医院收治的流感样患儿97例,计算机随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用常规药物联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及发热、咳嗽、咽部肿痛和鼻塞症状缓解时间。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,发热、咳嗽、咽部肿痛和鼻塞等临床症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流感样患儿采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗效果显著,能够增强治疗有效性,降低持续治疗时间,药物安全性理想,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza-like children.Methods A total of 97 influenza-like children in our hospital from January 2019 to January2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups by computer.Totally 48 children treated with conventional drugs were included in control group,while 49 children treated with conventional drugs combined with oseltamivir phosphate particles were included in observation group.The effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the symptoms remission time were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The observation group had significant advantages,and the clinical symptoms of the observation group such as fever,cough,throat swelling and pain,and nasal congestion had shorter remission time than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oseltamivir phosphate granules in influenza-like children has significant therapeutic effects,which can enhance the effectiveness of the treatment and reduce the duration of treatment.The drug is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
