摘要
目的探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年4月沈阳医学院附属中心医院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为常规治疗组和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液组,每组50例。常规治疗组采用常规用药治疗,银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液组在常规治疗基础上给予银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、平均住院时间;治疗前后测定美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分和生活自理能力评分,观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液组治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组,平均住院时间短于常规治疗组,美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于常规治疗组,生活自理能力评分高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果良好,能有效降低血脂和改善神经功能,安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 100 ACI patients in Central Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College were selected from February 2018 to April 2019,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with conventional medicine,while those in the ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection group were treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The efficacy and the average length of hospital stay of these two groups were compared.The National institutes of health stroke scale score(NIHSS)and the self-care ability scores in the two groups were determined before and after the treatment.And adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results Compared with those in conventional treatment group,patients in the ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection group had higher total effective rate,shorter time of hospital stay,lower NIHSS and higher self-care ability score.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection has a good effect on ACI,which can effectively reduce blood lipids and improve nerve function,and has high safety.
