氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的疗效

Effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的对氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在治疗急性心肌梗死患者的疗效进行分析。方法选择2018年6月至2019年3月沈阳市第一人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。研究组采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(92.5%vs 80.0%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组左心室收缩末期内径明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,具有较高的临床治疗有效性,进一步改善心功能,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床应用且大力推行。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The study group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin,while the control group was treated with aspirin.The clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the study group and control group were 92.5%and 80%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clopidogrel combined with aspirin has high clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.It can further improve patients’heart function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of application and promotion.
