高龄老年心力衰竭患者的临床特点分析

Analysis of clinical characteristics of elderly patients with heart failure

目的研究并分析高龄老年心力衰竭患者的临床特点。方法选取本院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的高龄老年心力衰竭患者200名,按照患者年龄分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组为75岁以下老年患者,观察组为75岁及以上高龄患者,分析对比两组病因、常见诱因、并发症状和临床表现。结果观察组基础疾病类型中,冠心病(68.00%)、高血压(23.00%)占比分别高于对照组的49%、39%;观察组中呼吸道感染诱因达52%,高于对照组的40%;观察组并发症发生率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道感染是高龄老年心力衰竭患者首位诱因,但是高龄老年心力衰竭患者存在诱因具有多样性,临床表现和症状也不典型,在临床中应多加注意,应有正确认识。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,200 elderly patients with heart failure in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group(≥75 years old)and control group(<75 years old)according to the age,with 100 cases in each group.The etiology,common inducements,complications and clinical manifestation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The proportions of coronary heart disease and hypertension in observation group were 68.00%and 23.00%,respectively,which were higher than those(49%,39%)in control group.The inducement of respiratory tract infection in the observation group accounted for52%,which was higher than that(40%)in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory tract infection is the first inducement of heart failure in the elderly.However,it is necessary to pay more attention to clinical practice and have a correct understanding because of the diverse inducements and atypical clinical manifestations and symptoms in elderly patients with heart failure.
