河北省护理人员对“网约护士”的认知现状及从业意愿分析

Analysis on cognition status of“Online Nurse-hailing”and practice intention in nursesin Hebei province

目的调查河北省护理人员对"网约护士"的认知现状及从业意愿,为"互联网+"护理服务相关政策的推进及实施提供依据。方法通过文献分析、专家咨询及预调查编制《护理人员对于"网约护士"认知现状及从业意愿调查问卷》,对河北省内7家医院的护理人员进行问卷调查。结果61.71%的护理人员愿意成为"网约护士",因护理人员的年龄、性别、工作年限的不同,其从业意愿也不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河北省护理人员对"网约护士"持积极乐观的态度,并愿意成为其中的一员。在相关法律法规的制约和护理人员人身安全得到保障的前提下,护理人员上门提供护理服务是一个较好的举措,为社区居家患者提供方便的同时也实现了自身价值。

Objective To investigate the cognitive status of“Online Nurse-hailing”andpractice intention in nursesin Hebeiprovince,to promote the policies related to“Internet Plus”nursing service and provide a basis for the implementation of the policies.Methods Through literature analysis,expert consultations and pre-investigation,“Questionnaire on Cognition Status of‘Online Nurse-hailing’and Practice Intention in Nurses”was designedto survey the nursing staff in 7hospitals in Hebeiprovince.Results 61.71%of the nurses were willing to get into“Online Nurse-hailing”business.There were statistically significant differences among them because of the different age,sex,working years and willingness to work(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing staff in Hebeiprovince have a positive and optimistic attitude towards“Online Nurse-hailing”and are willing to get into it.Under the restriction of relevant laws and regulations and the guarantee of nurses'personal safety,it is a good measure for nurses to provide nursing services at home,which will not only provide convenience for community patients,but also help the workers to realize their own value.
