精神分裂症患者治疗依从性影响因素及对策分析

Analysis on the influencing factors and countermeasures of treatment compliance of schizophrenics

目的探讨影响精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的相关因素,并提出相应的对策。方法2018年3月-2019年7月,将150例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,进行回顾性分析。结果全部精神分裂症患者治疗依从性:完全依从81例(54.00%)、部分依从42例(28.00%)、不依从27例(18.00%)。影响精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的相关因素包括缺乏自知力、对疾病缺乏信心、抗精神病药物不良反应、缺乏相关医学知识、临床症状等。结论通过提高患者的自知力,树立良好的信心,加强对抗精神病药物不良反应的认知程度,学习掌握相关医学知识,明确临床症状,能够显著提高患者治疗依从性,从而改善其预后。

Objective To explore the relevant factors that affect the treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients,and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods From March 2018to July 2019,150 schizophrenics were selected as research objects.And a retrospective analysis was carried out.Results The results showed that there were 81cases with complete compliance(54.00%),42cases with partial compliance(28.00%)and 27cases with non-compliance(18.00%).The related factors affecting the treatment compliance of schizophrenics included the lack of insight and confidence in the disease,adverse reactions of antipsychotics,lack of relevant medical knowledge,ambiguity of clinical symptoms and etc.Conclusion The patients'treatment compliance and prognosis can be significantly improved by enhancing their insight,establishing their confidence,strengthening their awareness of the adverse reactions of antipsychotics,promoting them to master the relevant medical knowledge and clarify the clinical symptoms.
