针刺曲泉配明黄穴结合督灸治疗气郁痰阻型乳腺增生的临床研究

Clinical study of acupuncture ququan baiminghuang point combined with du moxibustion in the treatment of qi yu phlegm-blocking breast hyperplasia

目的结合临床实践经验,探讨针刺曲泉配明黄穴结合督灸治疗气郁痰阻型乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2017年12月我院收治的气郁痰阻型乳腺增生患者120例,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予针刺曲泉配明黄穴结合督灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效,并对两组乳房肿块大小、乳房疼痛评分、症状评分变化情况进行比较。结果观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组乳房肿块大小、乳房疼痛评分、症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组乳房肿块大小、乳房疼痛评分、症状评分减小/降低程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺曲泉配明黄穴结合督灸治疗气郁痰阻型乳腺增生的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状体征,减轻患者疼痛,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective Combined with clinical practice experience,this paper discusses the clinical effect of acupuncture on ququan biminghuang point combined with dumoxibustion in the treatment of qi stagnation and phlegm-blocking breast hyperplasia.Methods Selected from January 2015 to December 2017,our hospital qi depression of phlegm obstruction type of 120 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,according to the stochastic indicator method each 60 cases were divided into two groups,control group given conventional treatment,the observation group based on the given acupuncture lr 8 match du moxibustion treatment in combination with bright yellow point,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,and the two groups of patients with breast tumor size changes,breast pain score,symptom scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in breast lump size,breast pain score and symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,breast lump size,breast pain score and symptom score of both groups decreased or decreased,and the reduction/reduction degree of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at ququan baiminghuang point combined with du moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of qi stagnation and phlegm-blocking mammary hyperplasia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and relieve pain,so it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
