运用解毒化浊法治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of chronic prostatitis with jiedu huazhuo method

目的观察基于浊毒理论化裁而成的解毒化浊方药对慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取慢性前列腺炎患者80例,应用解毒化浊中药进行治疗,两个月为1个疗程。观察治疗患者的临床疗效及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)改变,并记录其复发率。结果80例患者经过治疗后,临床总有效率为85%,治疗后IPSS[(7.33±0.92)分比(25.18±3.06)分]和NIH-CPSI[(6.94±0.79)分比(22.91±2.12)分]评分显著低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。随访1年,80例患者复发5例,其中有3例有轻微泌尿症状出现,2例出现前列腺疼痛,但通过给与中药口服迅速改善。结论认为本法治疗可以明显降低复发率,解毒化浊方治疗前列腺炎患者有效,且有效率较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Huazhuo Recipe on chronic prostatitis patients based on the theory of turbidity.Methods Eighty patients with chronic prostatitis were enrolled and treated with detoxification and turbidity Chinese medicine for two months.The clinical efficacy of the treated patients and the changes in the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score(NIH-CPSI)were observed and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results After treatment in 80 patients,the total clinical effective rate was 68%.After treatment,IPSS[(7.33±0.92)points(25.18±3.06)points]and NIH-CPSI[(6.94±0.79)points ratio(The scores of 22.91±2.12)were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up of 1 year,80 patients relapsed in 5 cases,3 of which had mild urinary symptoms and 2 had prostate pain,but they were rapidly improved by oral administration of Chinese medicine.Conclusion This treatment can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,and the treatment of prostatitis patients with Jiedu Huazhuo is effective and effective.
