针药并用辨证治疗气血不足型眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Study of acupuncture and medicine combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of vertigo due to Qi-blood insufficiency

目的探讨针药并用辨证治疗气血不足型眩晕的临床疗效。方法随机选取本院气血不足型眩晕患者80例,将其分为针药组及单药组,单药组予自拟气血双补汤,针药组在此基础上予针灸治疗,观察两组患者眩晕症状评分、HAMD抑郁评分、中医症候积分及疗效判定。结果治疗后显示针药组眩晕症状评分、HAMD抑郁评分、中医症候积分及疗效判定均优于单药组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用辨证治疗气血不足型眩晕确有疗效,患者症状减轻,各指标好转,远期疗效可观,可在临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of vertigo with deficiency of qi and blood.Methods 80 patients with vertigo due to insufficiency of Qi and blood in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with self-made Qixue Shuangbu Decoction and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group on this basis.The vertigo symptom score,HAMD depression score,TCM symptom score and curative effect judgement of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the vertigo symptom score,HAMD depression score,TCM symptom score and curative effect judgement of acupuncture combined with TCM group were better than those of TCM group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of vertigo due to insufficiency of Qi and blood.The symptoms of patients are alleviated,the indexes are improved,and the long-term effect is considerable.It can be used in clinical practice.
