整体护理应用于胸椎或腰椎骨折患者的效果分析

The effect of holistic nursing applied to thoracic or lumbar vertebral fracture patients

目的了解常规护理工作基础上,根据患者实际病情开展整体护理,对胸椎(或腰椎)内固定患者临床转归的具体影响,为该护理方法的临床开展提供理论基础。方法对2013年2月至2016年8月期间,佛山市中医院脊柱外科接受内固定手术的134例患者进行分组研究,采用随机数字表将患者均分为对照组和试验组,试验组接受整体护理措施,对照组接受一般护理,比较两组患者护理后生活质量、神经功能评分、疼痛程度的统计学差异。结果两组患者护理前后患者满意情况、VAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),试验组患者护理效果患者满意情况、VAS评分、OA评分明显好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。生活质量总评分护理前试验组(82.11±5.14)分和对照组(81.49±4.98)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.71,P=0.48);护理后试验组(152.44±5.20)和对照组(146.28±6.13)比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.27,P=0.00)。护理前和护理后比较,试验组(t=22.76,P=0.00)和对照组(t=15.33,P=0.00)生活质量评分均有显著提高。两组患者并发症比较,神经系统并发症、非神经系统并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论整体护理相比脊柱外科常规的护理方法,能更好的应对患者住院期间所发生剧烈躯体疼痛,同时接受该护理模式的患者临床并发症相对更低、预后生活质量更好,而患者对护理工作的满意程度也更好。

Objective Understanding based on routine nursing care,according to the actual patient holistic nursing care,patients with thoracic or lumbar spinal internal fixation clinical outcome of the specific impact,provides the theoretical foundation for the nursing methods of clinical.Methods In February 2013-during August,2016,our hospital 134 patients with spine internal fixation surgery group research,USES the random number table patients were divided into control group and experimental group,experimental group accepted the overall nursing measures,the control group accepted general care,compared two groups of patients after nursing quality of life and neurologic function score,pain degree of difference.Results Compared with the complications of the two groups,the incidence of neurological and non-neurological complications in the overall nursing group was lower than that in the general nursing group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients’satisfaction,VAS score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group patients in the level of pain and nursing process to nursing job satisfaction were better than the control group,two groups of patients with no obvious difference in JOA score(P>0.05).Conclusion Overall care compared to general care methods,lower pain in patients with better prognosis of quality of life,lower incidence of complications.
