腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值观察

Clinical value of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月收治的卵巢囊肿患者50例作为研究对象,以数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用传统开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,对两组手术情况、术后恢复及性激素变化进行比较观察。结果观察组手术时间[(54.27±12.59)min比(74.58±13.64)min]、术后下床活动时间[(17.21±4.38)h比(32.74±7.95)h]、住院时间[(3.08±0.94)d比(7.16±1.33)d]均明显短于对照组,术中出血量[(35.49±7.63)ml比(69.42±9.48)ml]显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。术前两组FSH、LH及E2水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),术后3个月观察组FSH[(6.76±1.59)IU/L比(8.86±1.14)IU/L]、LH[(5.38±1.46)IU/L比(7.56±1.19)IU/L]及E2[(40.97±4.98)pg/L比(34.18±3.64)pg/L]均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论临床治疗卵巢囊肿采用腹腔镜手术能够提高手术效果,促进患者术后恢复,也能改善性激素水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts.Methods 50 patients with ovarian cysts admitted from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by 25 cases.The control group underwent conventional open surgery and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The surgical conditions,postoperative recovery and changes of sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative outpatient activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The level of sex hormones in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of ovarian cysts with laparoscopic surgery can improve the surgical results,promote postoperative recovery,and improve sex hormone levels,which is worth promoting.
