摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺日间手术患者应用优质护理的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月2017年12月本院收治的62例甲状腺日间手术患者,依据护理模式的不同随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础加以优质护理,比较两组围手术期焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组围手术期SAS评分与SDS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的总体护理满意度要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在甲状腺日间手术全程应用优质护理有助于帮助患者快速康复,减少负性心理,提高对医护的满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with thyroid day operation.Methods:62 cases of thyroid day surgery patients from February 2016 to December 2017 were selected on the basis of different nursing mode,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group in the conventional nursing foundation to high quality nursing care,compared two groups perioperative anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological conditions and satisfaction of nursing work.Results:Observation group perioperative SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),patients with general nursing satisfaction to observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in the whole process of thyroid day operation can help the patients recover quickly,reduce the negative psychology and improve the satisfaction of the medical care.
