阴道助产技术降低剖宫产率的应用及护理分析

Application and nursing analysis of vaginal midwifery to reduce cesarean section rate

目的:探究阴道助产技术对降低剖宫产率的影响以及其护理情况。方法:以初产妇100例(所选时间为2017年1月至2018年6月)为研究对象,简单随机化法分组,对照组行传统助产技术护理,研究组则行阴道助产技术护理,分析两组初产妇干预的结果。结果:研究组初产妇的剖宫产率(30.00%)明显低于对照组的剖宫产率(50.00%),P<0.05;研究组初产妇的产后出血量明显低于对照组,其总产程明显短于对照组,P<0.05;研究组产后不良结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇接受阴道助产技术干预,可有效对剖宫产率进行控制,提高分娩的安全性,意义重大。

Objective:To explore the effect of vaginal midwife-delivery technology on reducing cesarean section rate and its nursing care.Methods:A total of 100 cases of primipara(from January 2017 to June 2018)were selected as the study subjects.The control group received traditional midwifery nursing and study group received vaginal midwifery nursing.The intervention results of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The cesarean section rate(30.00%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(50.00%),P<0.05.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total labor duration was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum adverse outcomes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of vaginal midwifery can effectively control the rate of cesarean section and improve the safety of delivery.
