过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌效果监测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌效果监测。方法:自制5种模拟综合生物PCD,每次取3个PCD2,6个测试点,分3次进行全循环灭菌周期,在灭菌结束后,进行细菌培养,监测消毒是否合格。结果:管腔长度相等时,管腔内径大的测试包灭菌效果明显高于管腔内径小的测试包,当管腔内径≥2mm、长度≤500mm时消毒效果最佳,为100%,三组测试包总共144个测试点,不合格数量最高为下中9.02%、提示下中灭菌效果最差;不合格数量最低为下前中为0.00%,提示下前中灭菌效果最佳。结论:消毒器械长度越长、管腔越细、消毒质量下降,当管腔内径≥2mm、长度≤500mm时消毒效果最佳;当装载量<80%时消毒效果最佳。 Objective:To analyze the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer.Methods:Five kinds of simulated integrated biological PCDs were prepared.Each time,3 PCD2 and 6 test points were taken,and the whole cycle sterilization cycle was performed in three times.After the sterilization was completed,bacterial biological culture was carried out to check whether the disinfection was qualified.Results:When the lumen length was equal,the sterilization effect of the lumen inner diameter was significantly higher than that of the lumen inner diameter test.When the lumen diameter≥2 mm and the length≤500 mm,the disinfection effect was 100%,and the three groups were tested.A total of 144 test points failed to be the highest in the middle of 9.02%,indicating the worst sterilization effect;the minimum number of unqualified is 0.00%in the lower front,suggesting that the best sterilization effect in the front.Conclusion:The longer the length of the disinfection device,the thinner the lumen and the lower the disinfection quality,the best disinfection effect when the inner diameter of the lumen is≥2 mm and the length is less than 500 mm;the disinfection effect is best when the loading is<80%.
