三个越橘品种对盐胁迫的生长和生理响应及耐盐性差异 被引量:24

Growth and physiological response and salt-tolerance differences of three blueberry seedlings under salt stress

摘要 为了探明不同越橘(Vaccinum corymbosum)品种对盐胁迫的生长和生理响应特征及其耐盐性差异,为盐碱地果树栽培提供科学依据,研究了不同浓度NaCl处理(0、100、200和300 mmol·L-1)对幼苗生长、生理生化指标和气体交换参数的影响,并利用主成分和隶属函数分析对其耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加,3个品种的干物质量逐渐降低,盐害指数逐渐升高;可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量先增加后减少;丙二醛含量和相对电导率逐步增加;叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量逐步下降,叶绿素a含量/叶绿素b含量基本维持稳定。随着NaCl浓度增加,3个品种的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔限制百分率(Ls)逐渐下降;胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)逐渐升高;水分利用效率(WUE)高于或维持在对照水平。利用主成分分析和隶属函数法分析结果表明,3个越橘品种的耐盐性强弱顺序为‘双迪’>‘蓝丰’>‘奥尼尔’。 In order to explore the growth and physiological response of three cultivars of blueberry to salt stress and their salt-tolerance ability,to select fruit trees in saline-alkali areas,the effects of different concentrations(0,100,200,300 mmol·L-1)of NaCl stress on seedling growth,salt damage index,physiology and biochemistry indexes,and gas exchange parameters.The salt-tolerance abilities of three varieties were evaluated using the principal component and subordinate function analysis.The results show that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the dry matter mass of the three varieties decreased gradually,and the salt injury index increased gradually.With the increase of salt concentration,the soluble sugar content and proline content first increased and then decreased;the malondialdehyde content and the relative conductivity increased gradually;chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll content decreased gradually,chlorophyll a/b remained stable.With the increase of NaCl concentration,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),the stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),and stomatal limiting value(Ls)of the three varieties decreased gradually;Intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)increased gradually;water use efficiency(WUE)was higher than or remained maintained at the control level.The results of principal component and membership function analysis showed that the order of salt tolerance abilities of the three varieties of blueberry were as follows:DⅡ>Bluecrop>O’Neill.
