硫酰氟熏蒸对竹绿虎天牛卵的杀灭效果

Efficacy of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation in killing egg of Chlorophorus annularis(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae)

竹绿虎天牛是我国出口竹制品具有检疫意义的害虫,对其熏蒸处理条件的探索具有重要的经济价值。本研究应用国家标准GB/T 36773-2018推荐的硫酰氟对竹绿虎天牛幼虫、蛹以及成虫熏蒸处理技术指标,验证硫酰氟对竹绿虎天牛卵的熏蒸有效性。研究结果显示,20℃、96 g/m^3,24℃、80 g/m^3,30℃、64 g/m^33个不同的硫酰氟剂量与温度组合熏蒸处理24 h后,竹绿虎天牛的卵死亡率都达到100%。验证试验表明GB/T 36773-2018推荐的竹绿虎天牛硫酰氟熏蒸处理技术指标同样适用于卵的处理。

Chlorophorus annularis(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae)is a pest of quarantine significance for Chinese bamboo articles export,and therefore to explore fumigation condition for C.annularis has momentous economic value.The sulfuryl fluoride fumigation treatment schedules recommended by national standard GB/T36773-2018 for larvae,pupae and adult of C.annularis,were applied in order to confirm the effectiveness to the egg of C.annularis.The results showed that the 100%mortality of the eggs of C.annularis were all reached respectively after 24 h fumigation at three doses,96 g/m^3 at 20℃,80 g/m^3 at24℃and 64 g/m^3 at 30℃.The confirmatory test shows the sulfuryl fluoride fumigation treatment schedules of GB/T 36773-2018 can be effective as well as the egg of C.annularis.
