摘要
海绵城市理念对城市建设提出了新的要求。城市新建区在城市设计阶段,以自然生态为导向布局水系空间,搭建好水系蓝网框架,打造城市公共海绵空间,有助于后续进一步深化与落实"海绵城市"建设。遵循"海绵城市"理念指导下水系构建方法,在城市新区的城市设计阶段介入,进行水系空间布局的实践。尊重现状基底和水文规律,以集水区为分析单元,综合考虑水系功能和城市设计目标,优化水系空间布局,最终形成尊重自然的水系空间方案。以衢州高铁新城水系空间布局为例,阐述具体的实践过程。
The sponge city concept provides new demands on urban construction.In the urban design stage,spatial layout of water system was designed based on nature and ecology,and the water blue network framework was built to create the urban public sponge space,which will help to further deepen and implement the"sponge city".Follow the"Sponge City"concept to construct water system,and intervene in the urban design stage of the new urban area to practice the spatial layout of the water system.Respect the current base and hydrological laws,take the catchment area as the analysis unit,comprehensively consider the water system function and urban design goals,optimize the spatial layout of the water system,and finally form a water system plan that respects nature.Taking the spatial layout of the water system of Quzhou High-speed Railway New City as an example,the specific practical process is elaborated.
