Review of the Design of High-rise Buildings in the Comprehensive Building

为满足云南省"国培计划"需要,受业主委托,我公司承担楚雄师范学院教师进修综合楼高层建筑设计。通过实例,对项目总体规划、方案、建筑、结构、给排水、电气、暖通等各专业设计全面回顾,对取得的成绩给予肯定,对存在的问题给予指出,提出改进措施,并在施工过程实施。目的是改进设计质量,提高设计水平,让顾客满意。认识上,复杂的、难度大的项目,设计师要有丰富的工程实践经验;思想上,要高度重视,要深入调研,与业主沟通;心里上,要能承受不断修改,直到完工的压力;方法上,要知难而上,换位思考。设计回顾希望对未来类似的项目设计提供有益的借鉴,为提高设计质量,提供帮助。

In order to meet the needs of the"National Training Program"in Yunnan Province,entrusted by the owner,our company undertakes the high-rise building design of the comprehensive building of the Chuxiong Normal University.Through examples,this paper comprehensively reviews the overall planning,scheme,construction,structure,water supply and drainage,electrical,heating and other professional design of the project,affirms the achievements,points out the existing problems,proposes improvement measures,and is under construction.This paper is hoped to provide useful reference for similar project design in the future,and to help improve the quality of design.
