文化传承下的历史建筑保护再利用实践探索——以厦门市曾厝垵社183号为例

Exploration on the Protection and Reuse of Historical Buildings under the Cultural Inheritance——A Case Study of Zengcuo’an No. 183 in Xiamen

随着现代化进程与旧城改造的推进,历史建筑的保护被人们所逐渐关注。本文以对厦门市曾厝垵社183号进行的渔村文化馆改造为例,介绍了其通过建筑与文化展览相结合来活化历史建筑及传承当地文化的保护方式。并从项目背景、总体构思、原有建筑的修缮、空间改造设计、展览策划等五个方面,对渔村文化馆成功改造的实践进行总结,为其他历史建筑的保护修缮提供借鉴和思考。

With the advancement of modernization and old city reconstruction,the protection of historic buildings is gradual y concerned.Take the renovation of Zengcuo’an No.183 in xiamen as an example,this article introduces the practice of activating historical buildings and inheriting local culture through the combination of architecture and cultural exhibition,and summarizes the successful renovation practice of the Fishing Fillage Cultural Center from the five aspects of project background,overall concept,renovation of the original building,space renovation design and exhibition planning,provide reference and thinking for the protection and repair of historical buildings.
