摘要
职务犯罪侦查人员的选任和培养对于中国反腐败斗争工作至关重要。职务犯罪侦查活动的有效进行不仅需要法律和制度的支持,更依赖侦查人员的行为表现和综合特质,即胜任特征。本文通过对北京市从事职务犯罪侦查人员的问卷调查数据进行分析,探索了职务犯罪侦查人员的胜任特征、信任、知识共享和工作绩效之间的关系。结果显示:职务犯罪侦查人员胜任特征对其工作绩效有正向影响作用,对于胜任特征水平高的个体,信任和知识共享对胜任特征和工作绩效的关系产生显著的正向调节作用。理解职务犯罪侦查人员胜任特征对工作绩效的影响机制对于激发职务犯罪侦查人员的工作积极性、提高职务犯罪侦查人员的人事管理水平、提升反腐工作的效率、满足新时代人民群众对反腐工作的要求具有重要意义。
The selection and training of duty crime investigators is very important for the fight against corruption in China.The effective investigation of duty crimes not only needs the support of law and system,but also depends on the behavior and comprehensive characteristics of investigators,namely competency characteristics.By analyzing the questionnaire data of investigators engaged in duty crime in Beijing,this paper explores the relationship among competency characteristics,trust,knowledge sharing and job performance of investigators engaged in duty crime.The results show that the competency characteristics of job crime investigators can positively predict their job performance,and trust and knowledge sharing have significant positive moderating effects on the relationship between competency characteristics and job performance when the competency characteristics are significant.It is of great significance to understand the mechanism of how the competency characteristics of duty crime investigators influence their work performance for improving the personnel management of duty crime investigators,stimulating their work enthusiasm,improving the efficiency of anti-corruption work,and adapting to the requirements of the public in the new era.
