With the big data orientation and globalization trend of e-commerce platforms,the flow of personal data in cross-border business is becoming more and more frequent,and the tension of national security,industrial development and personal information protection is becoming more and more obvious.Due to different levels of personal data protection and major concerns in different countries,transborder flows of personal data on e-commerce platforms face policy dilemmas such as diversification of data compliance requirements,localization of data storage,and complexity of external supervision.To get out of this dilemma,e-commerce companies must adjust their own data policies to improve the level of personal data protection,and simultaneously improve the level of compliance that suits different legal environments in various countries.The nation should improve the legislation on personal data protection,and strengthen international cooperation,remove the obstacles to the global operation of e-commerce companies,improve the industry level,and enhance social well-being.
