摘要
国内对健康信息与健康行为的研究呈现跨学科的特点,对大学生群体的健康信息获取行为的研究主要集中在其信息选择、渠道偏好、关注内容等,缺乏更深入的对信息获取与健康行为、信息获取与信息需求、健康信息认可度的研究。本研究旨在了解个体微信健康信息使用的情况对健康行为的影响,运用调查研究法进行数据的收集,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析,统计分析软件为SPSS和AMOS。从问卷调查和模型验证中发现,社交媒介对于个体的健康信息获知和健康行为建立有着比较积极的作用。调查对象对微信中的健康信息的关注度很高,信任度也很高,并且会比较积极地参与健康传播,微信使用对健康信息的信任度与个体健康行为有着正向的影响。微信使用可以帮助个体增进对健康信息的了解,也有部分研究对象提出其对健康态度和意识的影响。在反复接触到各类健康信息的时候,被调查对象无论对其内容的信任度高低与否,都增强了对健康本身的意识。从议程设置的角度来考虑,产生这样的影响是符合传播学规律的。
The research on health information and behavior in China is interdisciplinary.The research on college students’ health information acquisition behavior mainly focuses on information selection,channel preference,attention content,etc.,and lacks in-depth research on information acquisition and health behavior,information acquisition and information demand,and health information recognition.This study is to understand the influence of individual health information usage on health behavior.The data are collected by investigation and analyzed by the structural equation model.The statistical analysis software is SPSS and AMOS.From the questionnaire survey and model verification,it is found that social media plays a positive role in obtaining individual health information and establishing health behavior.The re spondents pay great attention to and trust the health information in WeChat,and will actively participate in health communication.The use of WeChat has a positive impact on the trust of health information and individual health behavior.The use of WeChat can help individuals to increase their understanding of health information,and some research objects also put forward its influence on health attitude and con sciousness.When exposed to various kinds of health information repeatedly,the re spondents have increased their awareness of health itself,regardless of whether they trust their contents or not,which is in accordance with the law of communication from the point of view of agenda-setting.
