基于在线媒体的饮食文化多样性研究

摘要 饮食具有丰富的文化内涵,与人们的收入水平、工作性质、生活习惯以及活动范围等有着密切联系。本文通过提取"大众点评"服务器数据获得1,809个用户的饮食信息。本研究以饮食文化多样性和消费能力为切入点,探究饮食文化多样性与受众群体特征的关系。研究发现:其一,饮食文化的多样性与群众的消费水平之间呈现出明显的"倒U形"趋势,即消费水平较低时饮食文化的多样性也较为单一。随着消费水平的提高,用户饮食文化的多样性逐渐增加。当消费水平较高时,饮食文化的多样性会再次趋于单一化。其二,用户的性别、年龄、婚恋情况等因素与饮食文化多样性具有相关性。 The diet has rich cultural connotations and is closely related to people’s income,work,habits and scope of activities.By extracting the data from Dianping,the article obtained the dietary information of 1809 users.This study takes the diversity of food culture and consumption ability as the starting point,and explores the relationship between dietary culture diversity and audience characteristics.The study found that,first,there is a clear "inverted U-shaped" trend between the diversity of dietary culture and the consumption level of the masses-that is,the diversity of dietary culture is relatively simple when consumption levels are low.The diversity of the user’s food culture is gradually increasing with the consumption level.When the consumption level is high,the diversity of the food culture will once again become more singular.Second,factors such as gender,age,marriage and love are related to dietary culture diversity.
