学术期刊微信公众平台建设评价研究——基于5种图情类期刊的实证分析

Evaluation Research on WeChat Public Platform Construction of Academic Journals——Based on the Empirical Analysis of 5 kinds of Library and Information Science Journals

伴随着学术期刊微信公众平台的发展,用户对平台建设的评价成为值得研究的内容。本文以学术期刊微信公众平台建设为研究对象,构建出评价指标体系,确定各指标的取值方法,采用Saaty标度法与熵权法分别求出指标的主观权重与客观权重,得出综合熵组合权重,进而构建出评价模型。采用TOPSIS法,选取5种CSSCI期刊为分析对象,通过实证研究发现,用户对《图书情报工作》期刊的微信公众平台建设评价最好,对《图书馆建设》的评价最差。挖掘出影响用户评价的原因,并提出相应的建设建议,为学术期刊微信公众平台的改善与发展指明了方向。

Developing with the academic journals’ WeChat public platform,users evaluation of the platform construction has become a worthy research content.Taking users evaluation of the academic journals’ WeChat public platform construction as the research sample,it builds the index system and the method for determining the value of each index.It takes the Saaty scale method and entropy weight method to calculate the subjective weight and objective weight,then the comprehensive entroy combination weights were obtained,and the evaluation model was constructed.Using TOPSIS method,it takes five kinds of CSSCI source journals as the sample.Through empirical research,we found that the users give the high evaluation to the WeChat public platform construction of"library and information service",and give the lowest evaluation of"library development".It digs out the factors that affect the users evaluation,and puts forward the corresponding construction proposals,which can point out the suggestion for improving and developing the academic journals’ WeChat public platform.
