职业院校虚拟仿真实训基地建设研究——以高速铁路智能运维虚拟仿真实训基地为例

Research and Practice on the Construction of Virtual Simulation Training Base in Vocational Colleges——Taking the Virtual Simulation Training Base for High-speed Railway Intelligent Operation and Maintenance as an Example

虚拟仿真实训能有效弥补职业教育实训中看不到、进不去、成本高、危险性大等问题,是职业院校育人的重要载体,在技能人才培养中发挥着重要作用。在筹建过程中,可从拓宽资源开发路径、优化实践教学体系、培育教学中坚力量和强化基地建设绩效四个方面优化虚拟仿真实训基地建设。

Virtual simulation practical training can effectively make up to the problems of vocational education practical training such as invisible,inaccessible,high-cost and high-risk.It is an important carrier of cultivating student in vocational colleges and plays an important role in the training of skill talents.In the preparation process,the construction can be optimized from four aspects:broadening the development path of resources,optimizing the practice teaching system,cultivating the teaching backbone and strengthening the performance of the base construction.
