摘要 使用数控机床加工铝合金车轮,与一般通用型机床相比能较好满足高性能、高精度与高效率的要求,有效提高产品质量。加工的首要问题是工件必须符合数控机床加工工艺,只有正确制定加工方案,才能编制加工程序。 CNC machine tools are used to process aluminum alloy wheels,which is widely adopted in the aluminum alloy wheel industry.Compared with general-purpose machine tools,CNC machine tools can better meet the requirements of high performance,high precision and high efficiency in aluminum alloy wheel machining,effectively improving production efficiency while ensuring higher product quality.In the use of CNC machine tools for aluminum alloy wheel machining,the primary problem is that the workpiece must be consistent with the CNC machine tool machining process.To be able to give full play to the high efficiency of CNC machine tools,the machining plan needs to be properly developed in order to compile the machining program.
