“健康中国”视域下新型体育教师的发展路径探析

摘要 学校体育对学生身体和心理健康以及整个社会的发展承担重要的责任。《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》对学校体育的未来发展指明了前行的道路,但当前陈旧的体育教师培养形式难以承担“健康中国”战略提出的重要任务。从体育教师职业培养改革角度出发,针对传统体育教育专业现存问题,从培养目标、课程体系、能力提升、考核评估、团队建设等方面探析新型体育教师的发展路径,为夯实学校体育高质量发展基础提供参考。 School physical education plays great role in promote students′physical and mental health and matters the development of the whole society."Healthy China 2030 Plan"points out the way for the future development of school physical education,but the current physical education teacher training form is difficult to undertake the important task proposed by"healthy China"strategy.From the perspective of PE teacher vocational training reform,aiming at the existing problems of traditional PE major,this study explores the development path of new-type PE teachers from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,ability improvement,assessment and evaluation,team building,etc.,to provide reference for laying solid foundation for high quality development of school PE.
