Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of "Three All Education"

创新创业教育改革可进一步激发高职院校培养创新创业型人才的内在动力。当下,高职院校的创新创业教育体系亟待健全,在顶层设计、课程体系搭建、师资队伍建设、创新创业平台构建等方面存在欠缺。在“三全育人”(全员、全过程、全方位育人)理念指导下,从管理体系、课程体系、平台建设、教师队伍建设、激励保障机制等方面进行探索研究,以推动高职院校的创新创业教育改革向深层次发展。

The reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education can further stimulate the inner power of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.At present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education system urgently need to be improved,and there are shortcomings in top-level design,curriculum system construction,faculty cultivation,platform construction and other aspects.Under the guidance of the concept of"Three All Education",future research can be carried out from the management system,curriculum system,platform construction,teacher team construction system,incentive guarantee mechanism and other aspects,so as to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of higher vocational colleges to a deeper development.
