摘要
利用AC-HVAF喷涂技术制备了纳米结构Ni基涂层,对涂层组织以及高温磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:涂层主要由γ-Ni固溶体以及Ni和Cr的化合物组成,Ni基涂层的抗高温性和弥散分布的化合物,有助于提升涂层高温磨损性能。涂层主要由20~70 nm的纳米粒子组成,涂层具有较好的高温耐磨性,500℃高温磨损失重小于基体的1/3,摩擦系数仅为0.4左右,涂层的高温磨损以磨粒磨损为主。
Nanostructured Ni-based coatings were prepared using AC-HVAF spraying technology,the microstructure and high-temperature wear properties are investigated.The results show that the coating consists ofγ-Ni solid solution and Ni and Cr compounds,the high temperature resistance of Ni based coating and dispersive compounds are helpful to improve the high temperature wear performance of the coating.Main particles of the coatings are of size about 20~70 nm,the coatings have high hardness and good wear resistance at high temperature,wear mass lost at 500℃is less than 1/3 of the substrate,and the friction coefficient is only about 0.4,the main wear mechanism at high temperature is abrasive wear.
