基于虚拟现实技术的金属材料仿真实验系统 被引量:2

An experiment system for metal material simulation based on virtual reality technology

摘要 近年来,虚拟现实(VR)技术在教育培训领域得到广泛应用。本文总结当前普通高校工科专业实验教学中存在的问题,指出VR技术为改善当前实验教学现状提供了解决方案。以金属材料VR仿真实验系统的开发为例,从系统建设内容、设计思路、开发工具及技术路线方面展开讨论,认为开发模块化、数据驱动的实验、支持数据持久化、高通量虚拟实验是VR仿真实验的发展方向。论文以钢的热处理VR仿真实验为例阐明了数据驱动的金属材料VR仿真实验系统的使用方法,主要包括预约实验、开展实验、检视成绩三个环节。系统在实际应用中效果良好,打破了传统实验教学的时空约束,弥补了设备台套数的客观限制,降低了真实仪器设备的操作隐患,增强了理论知识的理解与应用,达到了以虚促实的建设目标。随着5G、VR/AR/MR技术的进一步发展,VR技术在高等院校实验教学方面的应用将越来越深入,功能将越来越强大,主导作用越来越显著。未来,VR技术在职业技能教育培训方面的应用潜力巨大。 In recent years,virtual reality(VR)technology has been widely used in the field of education and training.This paper summarizes the current problems in the experimental teaching of engineering specialties in ordinary universities,and points out that VR technology provides solutions for improving the current experimental teaching status.Taking the development of a VR simulation experiment system for metallic materials as an example,we discuss the system construction content,design ideas,development tools and technical routes.It is considered that the development of modular,data-driven experiments,supporting data persistence and high-throughput virtual experiments is the development directions of VR simulation experiments.Taking the VR simulation experiment of the heat treatment of steel as an example,this paper expounds the application method of the data-driven VR simulation experiment system of metal materials,which mainly includes three links:booking experiment,conducting an experiment,and checking the results.The system has a good effect in practical application,breaking the time and space constraints of traditional experimental teaching,making up for the objective limit of the number of equipment sets,reducing the hidden danger of the operation of real instruments and equipment,enhancing the understanding and application of theoretical knowledge,and achieving the construction goal of promoting reality by virtual.With the further development of 5G and VR/AR/MR technology,the application of VR technology in experimental teaching in colleges and universities will be more and more in-depth,the function with be more and more powerful,and the leading role will be more and more prominent.In the future,the application potential of VR technology in vocational skill education and training is huge.
