摘要
抑郁症已经成为一类严重影响公共卫生健康的疾病,然而其具体的发病机制仍不清楚。γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)能中间神经元是一类抑制性中间神经元,在大脑抑制和兴奋的平衡中起到重要的调节作用。越来越多的研究发现,抑郁症的发病涉及兴奋性谷氨酸能系统和抑制性氨基丁酸能系统之间的失衡,并且一些抗抑郁药物也通过GABA能中间神经元起效。本文将从抑郁症相关的重要脑区中GABA能中间神经元的改变、抗抑郁治疗对GABA能中间神经元的影响等方面进行综述。
Depression has become a serious public health disease,but its specific pathogenesis is still unclear.GABA(γ-aminobutyric acid)ergic interneurons are inhibitory interneurons,which play an important regulatory role in the balance of brain inhibition and excitation.More and more studies have found that the pathogenesis of depression involves the disorder between the excitatory glutamatergic system and the inhibitory GABA energy system,and some antidepressants also work through GABAergic interneurons.This paper reviews the changes of the GABAergic interneurons in the important brain regions of depression,the effects of antidepressant treatment on the GABAergic interneurons in depression and so on.
