摘要
朋辈教育能激发大学生自我管理的能动性,培养大学生互帮互助的团队精神,对促进新时代高校优良学风的建设及落实立德树人根本任务有着重要意义。本文分析了朋辈教育的可行性,以昭通学院为例调研本校朋辈教育开展现况,并根据调查结果,重点探讨了朋辈教育在地方性高校大学生思想引领、心理健康、学业帮扶、考研辅导及就业指导中的作用,从而给各地高校大学生教育管理及育人创新提供参考。
Peer education can stimulate the initiative of college students in self-management,cultivate the team spirit of mutual assistance,and is of great significance in promoting the construction of a good academic atmosphere in universities in the new era and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.This article analyzes the feasibility of peer education and takes Zhaotong University as an example to investigate the current situation of peer education in our school.Based on the survey results,the focus is on exploring the role of peer education in ideological guidance,mental health,academic assistance,postgraduate entrance examination guidance,and employment guidance for local university students.This provides reference for the education management and educational innovation of university students in various regions.
