摘要
麦可思《中国2018-2022届大学毕业生培养质量跟踪评价》报告中学生服务满意度的相关数据指出,当下高校学生教学满意度是高校的重要质量目标。因此,为适应高等教育内涵式发展需求,需要积极建构“以学生为中心”的课堂教学评价指标体系。目前高校的课堂教学评价体系普遍存在评价指标与评价主体不匹配、评价目的不明晰、评价指标不合理等问题,忽略学生作为教学主体的学习体验、学习满意度评价,难以达成“以评促学”的评教目的。本文以西南某高校现行的学生评教指标为研究对象,基于人本主义教育家罗杰斯“以学生为中心”的教育理念,以“以评促学”满足教育需求为目标,着力建构多元化的评教指标体系,以期来促进高校课堂教学质量监控体系的良性发展。
According to the data on student service satisfaction in the report Tracking and Evaluation of Cultivation Quality of China's 2018-2022 University Graduates by Mycos,student satisfaction with teaching is an important quality goal of universities.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of connotative development of higher education,it is necessary to actively construct a"student-centered"classroom teaching evaluation index system.The current classroom teaching evaluation system in colleges and universities is generally characterized by the mismatch between evaluation indexes and evaluation subjects,unclear evaluation purposes,unreasonable evaluation indexes,etc.It ignores the students'learning experience and learning satisfaction evaluation as a subject of teaching,which makes it difficult to achieve the purpose of"promoting learning through evaluation".This study takes the current student evaluation index of a university in Southwest China as the research object,based on the educational concept of"student-centered"of humanistic educator Rogers,and aims to meet the educational needs by"evaluation for learning",and focuses on the construction of a diversified evaluation index system,in order to promote the quality of classroom teaching.In order to promote the benign development of classroom teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities.
