基于钻石模型的教师实践能力提升研究——以应用型本科高校为例

摘要 应用型本科高校是培养“应用型”人才的主要阵地,要求教师具备较强的实践能力,但教师实践能力却普遍偏弱,因此提升教师实践能力就显得非常重要。提升教师实践能力包括激发教师的实践参与动机和提升教师实践能力的具体措施。借鉴钻石模型思想,教师实践参与动机可通过“教师思政机制”“市场需求机制”“绩效评估机制”“职称评审机制”“薪酬福利机制”和“职位晋升机制”来激发;教师实践能力可通过“产教融合”“校企融合”“科教融合”“创教融合”“技教融合”来实现。 Application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are the main position for cultivating"application-oriented"talents.They require teachers to have strong practical abilities,but teachers'practical abilities are generally weak.Therefore,it is very important to improve teachers'practical abilities.Improving teachers'practical abilities includes specific measures to stimulate teachers'motivation to participate in practice and improve teachers'practical abilities.Drawing on the idea of the diamond model,teachers'motivation to participate in practice can be stimulated through the"teacher ideological and political mechanism","market demand mechanism","performance evaluation mechanism","professional title review mechanism","salary and welfare mechanism"and"position promotion mechanism";Teachers'practical abilities can be achieved through"integration of industry and education","integration of schools and enterprises","integration of science and education","integration of innovation and education",and"integration of technology and education".
