中央政治局在长征途中召开的扎西会议,由水田寨、大河滩、江西会馆三个会议构成,水田寨政治局常委分工后接着召开政治局及军委会议,研究中央苏区问题,讨论中央红军目前的行动方针。新发现《优待技术人员的指示》,拓展了扎西会议的基本内容。随着文献资料的发现和研究,更加明晰了诸如博古交权的具体时间、地点等问题。

The Zhaxi Conference held by the Central Political Bureau during the Long March consisted of three meetings:Shuitianzhai,Dahetan,and Jiangxi Guild Hall.After the division of labor among the Standing Committee members of the Shuitianzhai Political Bureau,they then held meetings of the Political Bureau and the Military Commission to study the issue of the Central Soviet Area and discussed the current action plan of the Central Red Army.The newly discovered Instructions for Preferential Treatment of Technical Personnel expanded the basic content of the Zhaxi Conference.With the discovery and research of literature,issues such as the specific time and location of Bogu's power transfer have become clearer.
