高质量发展背景下水电企业数字化转型路径及效果研究——以华能水电为例

Research on the Path and Effect of Digital Transformation of Hydropower Enterprises under the Background of High-Quality Development——A Case Study of Huaneng Hydropower

数字技术的广泛应用对水电企业具有深远的影响,在中国经济进入高质量发展阶段的背景下,探讨水电企业数字化转型的路径及效果对实现高质量发展目标具有重要意义。本文运用案例分析的方法,以具有代表性的华能水电企业为研究对象,对其数字化转型问题进行深入研究,通过梳理华能水电数字化转型的进程,发现传统水电企业进行数字化的路径有工程建造环节、生产管理环节、运营管理环节以及生态保护环节。根据以上路径进一步分析发现:数字化转型使得水电企业的大坝建造管理模式实现了高效、降本的高质量发展目标;使得生产发电能力和生产效益取得了较为显著的成果;使得企业运营效率得到提升、员工结构得到优化、研发产出创新成果显著;使得企业完成了生态保护的高效赋能。

The wide application of digital technology has a profound impact on hydropower enterprises.Under the background of China's economy entering the stage of high-quality development,it is of great significance to discuss the path and effect of digital transformation of hydropower enterprises to achieve the goal of high-quality development.This paper uses the method of case analysis,takes the representative Huaneng Hydropower enterprise as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on its digital transformation problems.By reviewing the process of Huaneng Hydropower digital transformation,it is found that the digital path of traditional hydropower enterprises includes engineering construction link,production management link,operation management link and ecological protection link.According to the above paths,further analysis shows that digital transformation makes the dam construction management mode of hydropower enterprises achieve the goal of high efficiency and high quality development.So that the production of power generation capacity and production efficiency has achieved remarkable results;It improves the operation efficiency of the enterprise,optimizes the staff structure,and achieves remarkable innovation results in R&D output.Enables enterprises to complete the efficient empowerment of ecological protection.
