乡土文化回应型乡村卓越教师专业发展路径探究

摘要 “乡土性”是乡村教师专业发展的典型特征,对乡土文化的回应既是乡村卓越教师价值责任,也是其实践表征,作为乡土文化回应型乡村卓越教师应该要履行好“基于乡土文化之源、在于乡土文化之壤,为了乡土文化之新”乡村特色教育的时代使命。为此,为更好地促进乡土文化回应型乡村卓越教师专业发展,一方面要进行内涵式文化建构,丰富自身的乡土文化知识,在认知与认同乡土文化中厚植自我的乡土情怀,并基于乡土文化的特点,做“乡土文化回应型”的教育教学活动,践行乡村特色教育行动,另外一方面还需外延式文化支持,加强关怀性政策与组织文化,利用协同、共享式的信息技术文化,不断优化乡土文化。 “Locality”is a typical characteristic of the professional development of rural teachers.The response to local culture is not only the value responsibility of outstanding rural teachers,but also its practical representation.As a responsive rural outstanding teacher of local culture,they should fulfill the era mission of“based on the source of local culture,located in the soil of local culture,for the sake of the new local culture”rural characteristic education.Therefore,in order to better promote the professional development of outstanding teachers in rural areas who respond to local culture,on the one hand,it is necessary to carry out connotative cultural construction,enrich one's own knowledge of local culture,cultivate one's own local sentiment in understanding and identifying with local culture,and based on the characteristics of local culture,carry out“local culture responsive”education and teaching activities,practice rural characteristic education actions,and on the other hand,it also requires external cultural support,Strengthen caring policies and organizational culture,utilize collaborative and shared information technology culture,and continuously optimize local culture.
