高校思政课教师的职业获得感及对职业流动意向影响的实证研究——以X省高校思政课教师为例

摘要 思政课教师职业获得感是影响思政课教学质量,落实高校立德树人教育目标实现的重要指标。通过问卷调查和结构性访谈,研究发现:目前高校思政课教师职业获得感处于中等水平,现实职业流动意向不高,但潜在职业流动意向明显;职业获得感与职业流动意向呈显著负相关关系;工作环境对思政课教师的自我成长、职业成就、职业认同和职业流动意向的影响大于待遇保障的影响,其中学校制度和管理环境是影响职业获得感,诱发职业流动意向的重要因素。因此,高校管理者在制度创设和教学管理方面,应给予思政课教师更多的教学自主性,同时完善学术共同体建设,增加学校管理的人文关怀,以增加思政课教师的职业认同和荣誉感,从而鼓励其更全身心投入到立德树人的思政教育工作中。 Through data analysis,the study found that the sense of career acquisition of Ideological and political teachers is at the medium level,and the potential career mobility intention is obvious.There is a significant positive correlation between job acquisition and job mobility intention.The influence of working environment on Ideological and political teachers'self-growth,career achievement,career identity and career mobility intention is greater than that of treatment guarantee,in which the school system and management mode are the focus of contradictions.Therefore,in terms of system setting and people-oriented teaching management,university managers should give ideological and political teachers more autonomy in teaching,improve the construction of academic community,establish and increase the humanistic care of school management,so as to increase the professional identity and sense of honor of Ideological and political teachers and devote themselves to the ideological and political education of Building Morality and cultivating people.
