汉语言文学师范生课堂教学引导力提升的路径——以平顶山学院汉语言文学专业为例

摘要 长期以来,汉语言文学专业师范生在课堂教学引导方面表现不佳,他们习惯于“师授生听”的课堂教学模式,课堂教学中不善于组织、引导学生探究和解决问题,不能正确处理课堂教学中出现的意外情况和个性化见解。为提升师范生课堂教学引导力,必须对本专业部分专业核心课程、多门教师教育系列课程以及实践类课程进行从宏观到微观、从课程到教学、从治本到治标的一系列改革,做优课程内容、做活教学方法、做新考核评价、做强实践教学,才能最终实现师范生对课堂教学有实力引导、有技能引导和有智慧引导。 For a long time,normal university students majoring in Chinese language and literature have not performed well in guidance on classroom teaching.They are used to the classroom teaching mode of“students listen to teachers'lecture”,firmly control the right to ask questions in classroom teaching,are not good at organizing and guiding students to explore and solve problems,and can not correctly deal with unexpected situations and personalized insights in classroom teaching.In order to improve the ability to guide classroom teaching of normal university students,it is necessary to carry out a series of reforms of some core courses of this major,a number of teacher education series courses and practical courses from macroscopic view to microscopic view,from curriculum to teaching,from root to symptoms.We should optimize the course content,activate teaching methods,innovate assessment and evaluation,and strengthen practical teaching.Only in this way can normal university students have the strength,skill and wisdom to guide classroom teaching.
