Research on Behavior Game of Core Subjects in Green Renovation of Existing Residential Areas——Based on Perspective of Market Operation

既有住区绿色改造市场有序运行的实质是多方主体行为反复动态博弈的过程。基于市场运行视角,从既有住区绿色改造市场核心主体行为的博弈关系分析入手,构建了由政府、绿色服务公司和业主三方组成的演化博弈模型,探究了既有住区绿色改造市场运行过程中核心主体行为博弈策略选择。结果表明:既有住区绿色改造市场的高效运行是主体动力协同合作的结果,而完善的政策支撑制度、市场服务产业供应链和业主认知认同感可以有效推动既有住区绿色改造市场持续与健康发展。

The essence of orderly operation in green renovation market of existing residential was the process of repeated dynamic game of multi-agent behavior.Based on the perspective of market operation,this paper started with the analysis of the game relationship among the core subjects in green renovation market of existing residential areas,and constructed a three-party evolutionary game model of government,green service company and owner,and explored the game strategy choice of the core subjects in the operation process for green renvation market of existing residential areas.The results showed that the efficient operation in green renovation market of existing residential was the result of the main driving force cooperation.The sound policy support system,market service industry supply chain and cognitive identity could effectively promote the healthy development in green renovation market of the existing residential.
