中药材有效期研究方法探讨

Discussion on research method of effective period of traditional Chinese medicine materials

通过文献整理和分析,综述长期稳定性实验、恒温加速实验、电子感官技术和经验分类法4种中药材有效期研究方法,并分析了各方法的优势与缺点。中药材有效期研究的主要难点是检测指标难确定、生产日期不清、药材初始质量差异、储藏环境影响,针对这些问题进行思考并提出建议,认为规范中药材生产是开展中药材有效期研究的基础。

Through literature review and analysis,this paper summarized four validity period research methods of traditional Chinese medicine materials,including long-term stability test,constant temperature accelerated test,electronic sensory technology and empirical method,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The main difficulties in the study of the validity period of traditional Chinese medicine materials were difficult to determine the testing index,unclear production date,differences in the initial quality of traditional Chinese medicine materials,and the impact of storage environment.The author considered these problems and put forward suggestions,and considered that regulating the production of traditional Chinese medicine materials was the basis for the study of the effective period of traditional Chinese medicine materials.
