迷迭香的药理作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用

迷迭香是一种天然香料植物,具有强抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌等药理作用。迷迭香在畜禽生产中不仅可以抗氧化应激、抗病原菌侵袭、优化肠道微生物环境、提高动物机体免疫力,还可以显著提高生长性能、改善肉质品质、延长肉质保鲜时间,作为抗生素替代型饲料添加剂使用。对迷迭香的主要成分、药理作用及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为其在动物生产中的应用提供参考。

Rosmarinus officinatis L.(rosemary)is a kind of natural spice plant,which has many potential physiological functions due to its strong antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and other physiological effects.In the production of animal husbandry,rosemary can not only resist oxidative stress,resist the invasion of pathogenic bacteria,optimize the intestinal microbial environment and improve the animal immunity,but also significantly improve the growth performance,improve the quality of meat and prolong the fresh meat time.Rosemary is natural and residues free,so it could be used as an alternative antibiotic feed additive.In this paper,the main components,physiological functions and applications of rosemary in animal production were reviewed in order to provide references for its applications in animal production.The main components of Rosmarinus officinalis L.are flavonoids,terpenoids and phenolic acids,etc.,which have a variety of physiological effects due to their strong antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and other physiological functions.At present,most of the researches on rosemary focus on the main active components of rosemary extracts,such as rosmarinic acid,rosmarinol,carnosic acid and carnosic acid.In this paper,the research progress of the chemical constituents of rosemary and its physiological effects on anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-bacterial,anti-hyperglycemia and anti-cancer were reviewed,and the development and utilization of rosemary were prospected.
