综合管理对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者预后的影响

Effect of comprehensive management on prognosis of diabetes patients with myocardial infarction

目的探讨综合管理对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月就诊于北京电力医院的80例糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者,随机分为实验组(40例,综合管理组)和对照组(40例,常规管理),对比两组患者对临床管理的满意度,治疗依从性以及治疗后的血糖改善水平及并发症。结果综合管理可以显著提升对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者对临床管理满意度,提高患者临床治疗依从性,改善实验组患者的血糖水平,显著减少并发症的发生率,与对照组相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合管理可以显著提升糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者对临床工作的满意程度、提高患者对临床治疗的依从性、改善血糖水平、降低并发症的出现风险,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective The aim of this study is to explore the clinical effect of comprehensive management on diabetes patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 80 diabetes patients with myocardial infarction in Beijing Electric Power Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40,comprehensive management group)and control group(n=40,routine management group).The patient satisfaction of clinical management,treatment compliance,blood glucose improvement and complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Comprehensive management can significantly improve the patient satisfaction of clinical management and clinical treatment compliance of s with diabetes complicated with myocardial infarction,which is statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);The blood sugar levels of patients in the comprehensive management experimental group were significantly improved compared to the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Comprehensive management could significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical management,clinical treatment compliance and the blood glucose level,and decreased the incidence of complications of the diabetes patients with myocardial infarction,there are statistical significance than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive management can significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical management,clinical treatment compliance and the blood glucose level,and decreased the incidence of complications of the diabetes patients with myocardial infarction.
