sCD40L蛋白联合彩超对卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床诊断价值研究

Clinical diagnostic value of sCD40L protein and color ultrasound in mature ovarian teratoma

目的分析sCD40L蛋白联合彩超对卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床诊断价值。方法本文选取2021年3月~2022年7月之间濮阳市妇幼保健院诊治的成熟卵巢畸胎瘤患者89例设为观察组,另取于同期进行健康体检者50例设为对照组。所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪经腹部、阴道探查;双抗体夹心法测定sCD40L蛋白含量;比较两组彩超检查结果、sCD40L蛋白含量;分析彩超、sCD40L蛋白对卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的诊断价值。结果与对照组相比,观察组研究对象sCD40L蛋白、子宫动脉阻力指数RI、搏动指数PI、螺旋动脉血流阻力指数RI、搏动指数PI较低,内膜厚度、内膜3D-PDA参数血管指数VI、血流指数FI、血管化血流指数VFI较高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。彩超、sCD40L蛋白联合诊断AUC值(0.838)高于彩超(0.764)、sCD40L蛋白(0.774)。结论对卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者进行彩超检测研究所得出的彩超结果和sCD40L蛋白水平与患者病情密切相关,二者联合可有效提高卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床诊断准确性。

Objective Clinical diagnostic value of sCD40L protein and color ultrasound on mature ovarian teratoma.Methods In this paper,89 patients with mature ovarian teratoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 people with physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.All patients use color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument to determine the sCD40L protein content by double antibody sandwich method,compare the results of color ultrasound examination and the content of sCD40L protein,compare the color ultrasound results,and analyze the diagnostic value of color ultrasound and sCD40L protein to mature ovarian teratoma.Results Compared with the control group,the sCD40L protein,the uterine artery resistance index RI,the pulse index PI,the spiral artery blood flow resistance index RI,and the beat index PI were low,and the intimal thickness,the 3D-PDA parameters VI,the flow index FI,and the vascularized flow index VFI were high,which were statistically different(P<0.05).The combined diagnostic AUC value of color ultrasound and sCD40L protein(0.838)was higher than that of color ultrasound(0.764)and sCD40L protein(0.774).Conclusion The results of color ultrasound and the sCD40L protein level obtained from the color ultrasound test study of the mature ovarian teratoma patients are closely related to the patients’condition.The combination of the two can effectively improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of the mature ovarian teratoma.
