猪多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定、血清分型及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究猪多杀性巴氏杆菌在规模化养猪场的流行情况,对来自广西、湖北、内蒙古3个地区规模化猪场中有呼吸道症状猪的口鼻拭子及组织病料进行病原菌的分离培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定及PCR检测鉴定。结果显示,分离得到6株猪多杀性巴氏杆菌,其中血清A型1株(命名为GX-PmA),血清D型5株(命名为GX-PmD1、GX-PmD2、GX-PmD3、GX-PmD4、NMG-PmD5)。耐药性分析结果显示,GX-PmD1、GX-PmD2、GX-PmD3、GX-PmD4未见耐药现象,而NMG-PmD5表现出明显的新霉素及庆大霉素耐药现象。小鼠致病性分析发现血清A型菌株毒力显著强于血清D型菌株,且PmA和GX-PmD4菌株对小鼠的致病力明显强于其他分离菌株。综上,本研究对猪场猪多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及防治措施提供了科学依据和防控方案。 In order to explore the prevalence of Pasteurellamultocidain large-scale pig farms,the oral and nasal swabs and tissue samples of pigs with respiratory symptoms from large-scale farms in Guangxi,Hubei and Inner Mongolia were collected,and then the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and cultured,stained for microscopy,biochemical identification and PCR identification were performed.The PCR results showed that six strains of Pasteurella multocida were isolated,including one strain of serotype A(named GX-PmA)and five strains of serotype D(named GX-PmD1,GX-PmD2,GX-PmD3,GX-PmD4,NMG-PmD5).The results of drug resistance analysis showed that GX-PmD1,GX-PmD2,GX-PmD3,GX-PmD4had no drug resistance,while NMG-PmD5 showed obvious resistance to neomycin and gentamicin.The pathogenicity analysis of mice showed that the virulence of serotype A strains was significantly stronger than that of serotype D strains,and the virulence of PmA and GX-PmD4strains in mice was significantly stronger than that of other isolated strains.In conclusion,this study provides a scientific basis and a control plan for the isolation,identification and control measures of Pasteurella multocidain pig farms.
