摘要
辽人普遍崇奉佛教,但诸佛在辽朝的流行程度并不尽相同。在竖世诸佛中,释迦牟尼佛信仰最为流行,其次为定光佛,最后为弥勒佛。较能体现佛教时间观念的七佛信仰在辽朝也盛行一时。弥勒佛信仰虽影响微弱,但弥勒菩萨信仰在辽朝却较为流行。竖世佛信仰是辽朝佛教信仰的重要组成部分。
People of the Liao Dynasty generally believed in Buddhism.Various Buddhas didn’t enjoy the same popularity,among which the Sakyamuni Buddha was the most popular Buddha,the second being Dingguang Buddha and the last Maitreya Buddha.The seven buddhas belief,which can reflect the time concept of Buddhist,was also popular in the Iiao Dynasty.Although the Maitreya Buddha belief had a weak influence,the Maitreya Bodhisattva worship prevailed in the Liao Dynasty.The Shushi Buddha belief was an important component of the Buddhist belief in the Liao Dynasty.
