新文科建设视域下民族学研究与人才培养模式的探究

Ethnology Research and Talent Training Mode:A Perspective from New Liberal Arts Construction

新文科建设是我国传统文科人才培养在新时代社会需求下的产物。本文探讨新文科背景下民族学研究与专业人才培养,提出我国民族学研究要构建中国学术规范和话语体系、创新研究方法、服务国家战略,在人才培养方面要构建学生多元化学科知识体系、组建新文科视野的师资队伍、建构新文科课程体系以及注重学生的实践力等要求。

The construction of new liberal arts is the product of Chinese traditional liberal arts talents training under the social demand in the new era.This paper discusses the ethnology research and professional talent training under the background of new liberal arts.It suggests that Chinese ethnology research should build the Chinese academic norms and discourse system,innovate research methods,serve national strategy.In terms of talents training,they should build diversified academic knowledge system,faculty with a new vision of liberal arts,construct the new liberal arts curriculum system,and pay attention to students’practical requirements.
