摘要 中国菌文化不仅是中华传统文化瑰宝,也是全人类文化的一颗璀璨明珠,对推动早期菌学的发展和东方各国菌业的进步,以及人类的健康事业,都产生了深远的影响。改革开放四十余年的实践证明,文化塑造是企业在经营生存中必不可少的基础。随着工厂化食用菌的兴起,如何将菌文化有效引入到食用菌企业中,对建立良好的企业文化品牌,增加竞争力,有着巨大的现实意义。目前我国的食用菌企业在菌文化价值的利用上还存在较多不足、企业对传统菌文化的忽视、菌文化平台建设不到位、缺乏对食用菌地域文化的结合、以及食用菌企业内部菌文化不足等问题都有待进一步解决,需要不断做好企业菌文化塑造的工作。 Chinese edible fungi culture is not only a treasure of Chinese traditional culture,but also a bright pearl of human culture.It had a profound impact on the development of early mycology,the progress of the fungi industry in eastern countries,and human health career.The practice of reform and opening up for more than 40 years had proved that cultural shaping was an indispensable foundation for enterprises to survive.With the rise of industrialized edible fungi,how to effectively introduce edible fungi culture into edible fungi enterprises,and increase competitiveness in establishing a good corporate culture brand,had great practical significance.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the use of edible fungi culture value in edible fungi companies in China,enterprises had neglected traditional edible fungi culture,inadequate construction of edible fungi culture platforms,lack of integration of edible fungi regional culture,and internal edible fungi culture of edible fungi companies insufficient and other issues needed to be further resolved,and the work of shaping the corporate culture of edible fungi needed to be continuously done.
